Compatible with MacBook Pro 2018

Add this to complete the 4 Thunderbolt ports on the MacBook Pro 2018. This allows me to connect to an old printer, wireless keyboard and mouse. But more importantly, it has SD and mini SD slots for whatever memory cards I have.
