I have searched for many hours. Read reviews and questions about many products. I decided this replacement plate mirror would be the best solution. Other products I've read about didn't match the OEM. This is a TRUE OEM fit. Installation requires no training, it's as easy as it gets. It needs good pressure to snap into place. I thought it was full on until I moved it. I just had to press a little for it to click. It fits perfectly, better than the factory original. Excellent price.
