Great concept, very useful tool, very poor design and build quality
Worked great on a few uses within the first month. I like the concept, the tips included and the result WHEN IT STILL WORKS. Then, just after the return window closed, the tip didn't stay warm resulting in me forcing myself to touch the plastic and the tip broke. Even when I fixed it with glue, the tip stopped heating up (which I think happened the last time I used it before it broke).
