So far I'm happy with the cameras. Much of my concern in the previous review stems from the fact that nobody seems to know how to help you get over what the missing manual should have said. I needed to figure out how to transfer files to my phone or a service like OneDrive or Google Drive. What tormented me the most was that I couldn't figure out how to achieve a continuous record. I pressed record, navigated to other parts of the app, came back and the recording was turned off? I looked and looked and finally figured out how to do it. Backassist configuration, but can be done. Again no help from support or missing instructions. If you have similar problems, I'll come to you and say that you can use my name to search Facebook (oh, are there many Jack Poor names? Hometown: Smyrna, Germany) and I'll try to help you with that to help. . . missing in the missing manual. The videos are useless. Halfway through, they tell you how to set up the application, but don't explain the deeper nuances of how the application works. I have to say that I'm only familiar with the Android app, but I suspect they work the same way on Mac devices. I was so excited that I wanted to help. Next to. . .
