update. Opened the gearbox and noticed a few things. You did not remove any of the plugs from the threaded mounting holes. One of these snails broke loose and blocked everything. The bullet was removed and the burr remaining after blocking was polished. It works now, but this company needs to up its game. The inside is just as important as the outside, if not more so.
