Was hesitant to purchase due to mixed reviews but am very impressed. I have an older rav4 with only a 3.5mm aux port but some pretty good speakers so I was concerned about the poor or degraded sound quality that can be experienced with these types of adapters. I can tell you that the sound quality is actually very good for something that only costs $25. There is no static hum or severe physical distortion of the connection. All cables/accessories supplied worked without any problems. Also, I can't believe the range of this thing. One day I forgot to turn it off and went indoors, to my room, and my phone was still connected to it...through 3 walls and probably 60ft from where it was in my car. Battery life is also decent, turning itself off after about 15 minutes without being plugged into a source. The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't automatically reconnect to your phone after you start the car if you turn it off, which you pretty much have to do as it won't reconnect even after auto disconnecting connects. . Initial pairing was easy enough, and it re-pairs every time you turn it back on. I just wish I didn't have to turn it on and off every time, but it doesn't bother me enough to deduct a star because the sound quality is so good. I've had it for about 2 weeks now and will update the review if necessary.
