Review on Relieve And Prevent Ball Of Foot Pain With Tuli'S Metatarsal Cushions - Soft Gel Inserts, One Size Fits All! by Todd Hauff

Good for short term use

I wore them in a pair of low-heeled boots which definitely puts pressure on the balls of my feet. For a few hours out at a bar, where I was both standing and sitting, as well as a few blocks' walk, I thought they were quite nice. Though they were weird at first due to the grid design, they cushioned my feet and I forgot I was wearing them.I wore the same shoes the next day at work, which mostly consists of just standing in one spot, and I definitely *did not* forget they were there. I could feel the edges at the base of my toes and my shoes felt tight.I think these are the best for moving around, even just a bit, like socializing at a party. Standing still puts the same pressure in the same spots which was difficult for me. Moving would allow your feet to shift slightly in the pads and not press the same spot over and over.
