I tried these inserts with a pair of high heels. These are the shoes that provide me the most discomfort. The inserts slipped a bit when I walked. Would have liked them to stay put / in place better.They did provide some cushion to the bottom of my feet. However, the addition of something inside my shoe now made the shoe fit more tightly and created a different type/form of discomfort after wearing for awhile.Bit expensive compared to other similar products I've tried.

I wore them in a pair of low-heeled boots which definitely puts pressure on the balls of my feet. I used to have hardened skin on the soles of my feet. After using these cushions in my high heel shoes, the hardened skin is gone. In addition, the cushions can be transferred to whichever shoes I choose to wear and they make the shoes very comfortable. I buy one shoe size bigger to accommodate the cushions. I cannot wear heels without the cushions anymore.The only downside is that the waffle is hard to clean and dirt tend to get stuck.

These were great, they helped with the mild foot pain I was having with the type of shoes I was wearing (they have heels in them). But for what they do, it's way overpriced.

These do not make my shoes more comfortable. They’re too thick and end up making the fit of the shoes weird and uncomfortable. Unfortunately not for me.

For my style of boots ( a bit pointy), they’re a bit thick so it squishes my toes a bit, but when you walk you can feel the weight dispersed through the gel. The bottom of my boots are really hard but these little things are a game changer. They are super light and already have the shape of the ball of your feet, so you just have to insert it to the shoe and that's it.

I used these in a pair of heeled boots that I love to wear but that cause the balls of my feet to hurt after standing or walking for a while. These provide a nice cushion. I really like these and how well it gives me comfort on the balls of my feet. These are a non adhesive so can be placed in a multitude of shoes. These are wonderful and would recommend. The only thing I would say is price point is a bit high for one set.

but this is close. if you need more cush under your foot, this will help. That and maybe walking on your hands but that's a whole new issue

This product doesn't stick onto the shoe like other types of shoe inserts, which is a good or bad thing depending on your preference. For me, I think it's nice because I can easily switch the inserts to different shoes on a day-to-day basis without worrying. I also don't have big feet so the inserts don't move around a lot once it's in my shoe. However, if you are in a higher shoe size range, it's possible that it can move around so maybe this would not be the product for you.Due to how the…
