I have 3 of these and the 1st one is 3 years old. 2nd is a year old and we just bought the 3rd. They see 112 degree heat in summer and a few inches of snow a couple times a year and are in the elements 24/7! I highly recommend them! Water and some filters sunlight will come through and with a 10x13 ft 'sail', they WILL CATCH THE BREEZE AND TEST THE STRUCTURE YOU ATTACH THEM TO. If you're in a high wind area, anchor accordingly and do NOT install in a stiff breeze or a corner may whip into a window or knock you off a ladder. in that case, get help and or weight the end that's not attached yet.
