I've been wearing this bag 5 days a week for the last year and 3 months and it's holding up incredibly. Of course there is some normal wear and tear when wearing something for 15 months in a row, but absolutely nothing has affected the functionality of the bag. The items I have in front of me include a tape measure, a flashlight, a highlighter, and a pen. and a stationery knife. In the bags themselves I have a small notebook, a long "steak" knife, a small pouch with earplugs, a large black marker, a pocket knife, some spare pens and felt-tip pens. It weighs 2 pounds with all my stuff. which is quite tolerable for an 8 hour day on concrete. EDIT (added 2nd pic): A little over 2 years with this bag as a daily user and it still works great! It has had its normal wear and tear but has been by my side every day of the week and hasn't fallen apart yet! The duck tape on the sides is where the utility knife pouch inside got rubbed on objects and started to fray, but this in no way detracts from the quality of this product.
