The best thing about this software is that it helps me keep track from day 1 till end date for my customers' files as well as all related documents like correspondence etc., It also keeps records very organized which makes file management easy at times when I have more than one customer or need different type workflows. Also since we are dealing with lots of data there could be some lag time while working through them but not much so far. If you want an efficient system then definitely go ahead use! My biggest challenge was keeping up with our client database as they had been using many other systems over years before us hence having lot of old paper documentation still lying around making things difficult sometimes. Now everything gets tracked digitally via cloud storage facility available only here by Acsacc Software thus saving tons of man hours spent manually maintaining these details.
