First of all I would like to say that the instructions that came with the lock are very easy to follow. The installation process for the new keyboard was very easy. It only took a few minutes to pair the lock with my phone. I ordered a gateway so I could control the lock remotely which was easy to set up and use. I would recommend this lock to anyone looking for a Wi-Fi type keyless entry lock for their home. It works so well I'm about to buy a second one for my second home. I would also like to say that the technical support was
