Once you understand how the door opens and follow the instructions, installation should be easy. I love how it notifies you when someone opens the door and what code was used. The only wish was an application that allows you to change this from 24 hour to 12 hour time.

I really like this product. I would definitely recommend it, especially in the future if you are in another country or state and someone is at your doorstep and you need to open the door, you can do that if you have wifi on your phone

I bought this without realizing how easy it would be to install and how much it would improve my life. It also adds security and peace of mind if someone forgets to lock the door, it's set to lock automatically. When I leave, I can tell Alexa to lock the door. So when I close the door, Alexa locks it for me. Integrating with Alexa was easy and convenient.

Bought this because my winter home in Tennessee is being renovated while I'm in Michigan. It was very easy to install and set up, only thing that took a while was drilling a small top hole in my door. Everything seems to work fine but the instructions are sometimes difficult to follow. Note. The mounting plate has a front and a back, be sure to install it with the long tabs facing the outer plate.
