So far, so good. Our local Lowe's store no longer cared about the brand we needed for our old water filter. Apparently they hope that we will install a completely new water supply system at home. We'd love to, but it costs thousands of $$$. We paid about $25 for each filter anyway (which only lasted 1 month before we had to replace them), so we checked here before buying them outright. Although it wasn't the brand we used previously, the info said it was compatible with our device. I'm so glad we did because we got 3 filters for about $40 which is a great deal. They look the same and match our old device. So until we find the money to renovate the house we will keep buying them!
