The ease of use is what I like best about this software.

It's easy to navigate through all aspects of your business with it; everything from scheduling appointments right down to billing clients. There are some features that could be improved such as being able to add an image or video file straight into appointment notes instead of having to upload them later. But in general, I think this program has done exactly what we needed - allowing us access at any time so our veterinarians can keep up-to date easily when they're not physically present at their office.
