This phone died after 3 months.; Technically still guaranteed, BUT. They sent me an international phone from Latin America. Event despite the fact that the seller is based in Texas. Samsung does not provide warranty as this is an "international" phone. They won't even fix it! So now I'm fighting Samsung trying to meet the warranty that says defective and 1 year labor. The Samsung Customer Service and Repair Warranty card that came with the phone includes a US toll-free number #. So if there is a US phone number on the warranty card inside the box, why is the warranty not being honored! If I had known I was buying a Latin American phone, I would not have bought it!
