Review on Performance Long Sleeve UV Shirt for Fishing, Running, and Hiking - Men's UPF 50+ Sun Protection Lightweight Hoodie by Brent Borseth

Another solid buy at a great price. I bought this shirt for sun protection and some warmth when hiking or other outdoor activities. I'm 5'8, 165 pounds and of an athletic build. The shirt has a sporty fit without being too tight. My arm length suited me - I have a "monkey index" plus 0 (this is a mountaineering term meaning my wingspan is equal to my height). The hood is a bit big (I have a small head) but works great and will keep you a little warm on a cold morning or evening in a tent. Mind you, I'm bald, so a little cover helps a lot. The sleeve area is also quite tight and I can't roll them up at all. Don't worry, I strive for sunscreen. Oh I was pleasantly surprised at the thickness of this shirt, it was better than expected. When hiking and sweating, the shirt got quite stiff as my salty sweat dried. Finally, and this is my fault, this shirt has very little stretch. I would prefer next time I buy a fabric with 10-15% spandex and not 100% polyester like this. All in all a great shirt for the money and very comfortable.
