I love this parchment paper! It's exactly the size I want so I don't have to cut it, it doesn't curl and it's especially good for oven roasting bacon! The paper soaks up the fat so the bacon gets crispy. It's also great for cookies, rolls, or anything you need to grease a pan and bake in the oven.
