I love cooking with it. I like the dual use of probe and tip for instant readings. The long probe is great for roasting and roasting to ensure meat is properly cooked, and the speed reading tip lets you check meat on kitchen utensils or on the grill while you cook if you have people who like different steak cooking styles . The thermometer is accurate to within a degree or two compared to my other instant readout and scale.
