I like that they have their own team dedicated solely to building out our website/store. They were able to meet all of my requirements without any pushback or resistance from me at all. We had some issues with them not being available for us until after we signed off but it was resolved quickly. The price point isn't bad considering what you get - however if you're expecting more than just a basic store setup, expect to pay more money. Their support staff are also very helpful when you need something fixed immediately. Just be prepared for a bit of extra cost up front since you'll likely want to customize things beyond a simple "website hosted here" deal.
