Not working anymore: heating, cooling and air quality

I've only used this a few times a year and it has worked fine. I have always kept it in the original packaging when not in use. I was going to use it again today because of the cold weather but it started making a strange noise and there was smoke coming out of the front vents. EDIT: I spoke to the seller and they said they would refund the money, 5 stars for that. 😊
