Review on 🔩 Enhanced Proform 302230 Screw-In Oil Filler Cap for Optimal Performance by Joshua Mejia

When I took it out of the box it was of good quality. The gasket is nice and thick and fits my 302 engine perfectly. I looked at the Ford logo in the center and as soon as I touched it it fell off immediately. It's literally nothing more than a piece of cardboard with the Ford logo on it. It was attached to the gas cap body with a cheap piece of sticky foam that makes all "Made in China" oil drain caps look good. It works well and replaced my old one, but I went with this one because of the logo in the middle and it definitely let me down. I ended up using silicone to press it down and give it a strong seal, this should have been done at the factory. The fact that they are charging $24 at the time of writing is just awful. Don't spend more than $10 on it, max.
