I don't think I've ever written a review before. This item has a great price. I also found it very easy to install. However, I was disappointed in the quality. A month or two after purchase, some colors stopped working. All buttons work, but only toggles between 3 or 4 colors. I emailed support and a new transponder was sent to me. I thought that would solve the problem, so I didn't install it right away. I ended up buying new taillights and decided it was time to disconnect the wires and install a replacement transponder. After that, I quickly realized that the problem was not solved. Communication with the support team is very difficult. They keep asking for a video showing the problem. I sent a video for the first time. I don't know what else to do. Lesson learned.
