It says "Comes preinstalled on an all steel wheel " and "Load capacity up to 300 pounds ". IS NOT IT!
The description says "Supplied pre assembled on a heavy duty steel wheel" and "Carrying capacity up to 300lbs" is NOT TRUE as it will bend after a week of use. The bearings are out too. Suitable for light use. The thread wears out quickly.
