Review on 🔧 Plumb eeze Pressure Tank Installation Kit: 1" Brass Union Tank Tee for Tanks up to 16" Diameter by Michael Nastanovich

I may have been ruined by a roll of THICK yellow teflon that cost over $3 at Lowes because the white material that was included was very thin and every fitting I've used it on , was leaking. Teflon began to drip water at places of overlap. I've been running this type of tape for decades so it wasn't a setup issue. Anyway, the attached pressure gauge reads 10psi in atmosphere, so that's it. But since it's on the ground and I have several more accurate gauges at eye level, I won't swear by it. Pressure switch set to 50/30. This appears to be identical to the 60/40, the only difference being that the adjusting bolt (#1) was preloaded at the factory. So if you order 50/30 but really need 60/40 (I had that but 60/40 had a longer lead time) then fear not. You can easily turn the adjusting nut counterclockwise about 10 turns to raise the set points to 60/40. Just make sure you prime your tank to match the new cut-in pressure (38psi when the water is empty). The coupler is really outstanding. Hand tightened, no leaks. Everything works, does not drip. I'm excited. Thanks to the seller/manufacturer!
