I thought the price of a 10" cut-off wheel was pretty low but I realized that a cut-off wheel is a cut-off wheel - how can they screw it up? Make a hole so far from the center that it can't be used, here's how. The peg hole is noticeably off center by about an eighth of an inch! No wonder it vibrates so much! They could have made a blade with an off-center hole, I would have noticed that immediately upon visual inspection, but never dreaming that they could make a blade with such a defect, it never occurred to me to do so to check. I think that probably doesn't apply to all blades sold by this lot. So if you buy one whose hole isn't off center it should work just fine. The problem is that I didn't actually get to use the blade until it was too late to send it back, so I basically had to eat up the purchase price. When you receive it, check it carefully and apply it immediately. As long as it doesn't vibrate too much, you should be fine. If not, you have time to send it back. I think if you just replace it, the replacement will probably be fine.
