3/4 carbide bit with pilot.
I have only drilled 8 holes in 3/16 steel so far. The 3/4 bit is holding up well and cuts fine. Use plenty of cutting oil and go slowly. The pilot bits are not good, predrill all your centering holes with 1/4 drill bit so the pilot bit is just centering instead of cutting. If you order this 3/4 bit or any other, be sure to order multiple pilot bits, you won’t be sorry.
- Cuts stainless steel, mild steel, iron, copper and brass sheet.
- The product may not be very versatile, only suitable for cutting holes in metal sheet
