Almost snake oil for house cleaning

I have used Leatherique twice. Once in the early 2000s on two Maxima seats and once a few weeks ago on an Audi TT. In both cases, Leatherique worked. Here's how I did it and what I saw and the results: In both cases I removed the seats from the car and carried them inside where it was warm. I rubbed the seats very gently with a new magic eraser to remove the dirt. I then rubbed the seats with Pristine Clean and let it dry. I then applied a generous coat of Rejuvenator Oil by hand and rubbed into the surface. I left it on my skin, applying it gently every 30 minutes or so for the first few hours and rubbing it into my skin, then covered the seats with plastic and left them overnight. I used a hair dryer to warm up my skin. Audi seats were hard leather. The rear seat was damaged because the previous owner spilled water on it. After this treatment, the skin became a little softer and a little more supple. Nothing awesome. I suspect it was actually caused by me heating and curing the leather, and less likely Leatherique. That's why I'm only giving two stars here: I don't think it really rejuvenates the skin or anything. soften the hard leather seats as the marketing suggests. I recommend saving money and looking for other solutions.
