I have worked with many different CRM platforms since starting my career in Customer Service over 15 yrs ago but none of them compare or are even close - until now! The customer service / support is outstanding from start till finish (and beyond!)!! It's easy for me as an Agent Manager who also uses it daily myself; plus we receive live training every month which helps keep us up2date quickly so that our Agents do not feel left behind when changes come out later this year regarding FuseCRMs features/new enhancements.- there really isn't much i dislike about using fuzedigital other than some recent security issues wtih Salesforce Data Sync between two devices where you did loose your data after restarting one device only if another agent used both at same time during sync process-. We've had several people request their own account manager be assigned once they signedup because everyone loves.
