Easy-to Use Software That Allows Our Department To Work Efficiently

The FuzeDigital platform was instrumental in providing us and our customers with the solutions we were looking for. The support team went above and beyond to support us, and we appreciate that. The customer facing team made it possible to have a robust platform in place that was easy to use and easy to deploy. We saw positive results from using the platform. We would have liked to have seen an option that allows an administrator to have fine grain control over what users can and cannot do. The…

  • Everyone uses same database so there's no double entry or duplication issues ever again just good info everywhere you look!! Also great way to communicate via email notifications too..great tool!!! :)

Fuzedigital - Amazing Customer Service / Support - plus a great team!!

I have worked with many different CRM platforms since starting my career in Customer Service over 15 yrs ago but none of them compare or are even close - until now! The customer service / support is outstanding from start till finish (and beyond!)!! It's easy for me as an Agent Manager who also uses it daily myself; plus we receive live training every month which helps keep us up2date quickly so that our Agents do not feel left behind when changes come out later this year regarding FuseCRMs…

  • Great Support staff available 24 hours, 7 days per week via phone &/or email, great new feature upgrades each months like "live" Training sessions provided by CSRs directly within software interface., , excellent customization capability through web app admin portal allowing any desired configuration change without needing help desk assistance
