The FuzeDigital platform was instrumental in providing us and our customers with the solutions we were looking for. The support team went above and beyond to support us, and we appreciate that. The customer facing team made it possible to have a robust platform in place that was easy to use and easy to deploy. We saw positive results from using the platform. We would have liked to have seen an option that allows an administrator to have fine grain control over what users can and cannot do. The team at Fuze was instrumental in providing us with a solution that was easy to use from a technical perspective, and easy to deploy from a management perspective. I like that it is easy for my team members to access their information from any computer with an internet connection. It helps keep our organization organized and efficient. There are some features of this software that could be improved upon. For example, sometimes we need to do things in multiple steps which can become tedious at times. The overall process has been very beneficial though! We've realized how much more effective our department is when everyone works together using this program.
