Very happy with this product! I was hesitant to buy it due to mixed reviews and the price but honestly it's worth it! Extremely easy to install and cut. I highly recommend buying some caulk from your local hardware store to fill/cover the edges that meet your wall or whatever you can place to make it look a little more professional. At first I used a planer knife to cut the tile but I was having trouble cutting through the whole sheet so I ended up just using sharp scissors. I wouldn't recommend using your everyday household scissors as the cut won't be as clean, so get a good pair of sharp craft scissors! I also recommend holding the plastic sheet attached to the tile until the sheet is fully attached to the surface as it is much easier to evenly press the entire sheet. Tiles have a tacky texture to begin with, so rubbing them with your hand to apply pressure is not an easy task. So have a plastic wrap handy for an easy application! Much luck!
