This is of great importance.

I sleep badly. Or, more importantly, my sleep cycle is out of sync with the rest of western civilization. I'm a night owl and would like to stay up until 3:30 in the morning. This only works when you're with people who understand that you need to sleep late into the night or else you'll be sleep deprived, well, constantly. I started taking them, I noticed I started falling asleep around 11:30pm! It's like a miracle. I usually fall asleep at midnight and wake up around 7:30 am. I'm finally sticking to a more normal sleep schedule and waking up when the rest of the world is waking up around me. I'm very glad about that. I also feel more energetic. This supplement also helps with mood and I appreciate that. It's a long pandemic. Anyway, I was confused as to when to take it. In the morning to lift your mood or in the evening to fall asleep? No hints, no instructions. I decided to take it in the morning and it seems to have worked, but a little guidance would have been nice. However, this is my only complaint. Otherwise, this is a great discovery for me, and I'm grateful for it.
