Columbia is one of my favorite brands but I bought this hat based on the reviews. I've read that this hat is a bit too small so I figured it would fit well given the smaller head. This hat definitely runs a bit small. This can be important to know, if you have a large head you will be disappointed with your purchase. Most winter hats look silly on me because most all-purpose hats are too big for me. This fits better than any winter hat I've had. Construction and fabric are above average. Overall a great hat.
