Very Comfortable, Good Support
I have now tried both, the Total Support Insoles and the Total Support Gel Insoles by Spenco. I like them both - a lot. I would say that the Total Support Gel Insoles feel slightly thicker which may not work with some combinations of feet and shoes so keep that in mind.Both types of insole offer excellent support and comfort with a slight edge for shock absorption going to the gel version. Both versions are a dramatic improvement over the cheaper Spenco Cross Trainer insoles. The level of support these offer is noticeable and well worth the price. I have been using the Spenco Cross Trainer Insoles since '92. These insoles set a new high bar for support and comfort.
- Work great for foot pain from planters fasciitis would recommend.
- May add too much bulk to shoes
