Good choice with 2 veneers
Great choice and size. I mainly needed drill wood for making magnetic knife/kitchen tool holders. Among other things, I received 2 brown wood veneers in a variety. One is light in color, the other may be hazel because it is brown. Some veneers vary slightly in size, but using two veneers I can make 4 4x12" knife holders. I can make a few more knife holders from another veneer and give them away. As others have noted, it's not possible to determine the nature of the tree determine what might be the problem, but I'm only interested in what looks good.
