The opener came with no missing parts, with a large fold out installation guide and a well written manual detailing the procedure for setting up the opener once installed. I installed this in an all metal commercial building with high ceilings so there are some issues with the opener suspension and safety beam fixture installation, but only in a building with a 14 foot drop ceiling. The kit includes all the bolts and screws needed to mount the opener in a traditional timber frame garage. My only surprise was that when I first turned on the garage door opener, it only lifted the door 18 inches. A quick review of the optional Programming, Operation, and Maintenance Manual provides instructions for setting the door's maximum open and maximum closed positions. So my advice is; Read the programming instructions in the manual before turning on the device. Correct setup only takes a few minutes. This is a very quiet doorway.
