There are some great things about this product: I myself was able to install it easily with just a couple of vises as I couldn't find my husband's duct being blocked . No leaks so far and works as expected. Now for the BAD: I bought/sold this item as a ship from Revain, why would I think I have to buy direct from the manufacturer/company? A registration card for a 5-year warranty was included in the product packaging. The warranty page will ask for your Revain order number. This resulted in an error copying/pasting my information from my order details and prompting me to email the company (which I did). The response I got was TERRIBLE to say the least. I have been told that my order number is invalid as this item was dispatched/sold by Revain and is not on the manufacturer's Revain list. Excellent; I responded with screenshots of my order and product and asked how I can get an extra guarantee (this is where I get angry - I work in customer service and this is not acceptable at any level). The response I received stated that since I did not purchase the item through the company's Revain listing, I am not eligible for any future warranty claims as the company "could not verify the model and batch" for my item . WHY INCLUDE THE REGISTRATION CARD IF YOU WILL NOT ALLOW THE BUYER TO REGISTER YOUR PRODUCT?! It doesn't matter where the item was purchased. It would be very easy to register the model and batch, not the Revain order number. While this is a great product so far, I have ZERO confidence in its longevity and obviously the company doesn't have that option either. I advised them to put a HUGE disclaimer on the listing to warn future buyers. I doubt they will, so maybe I can save someone else the headache and hassle. If I hadn't spent so much time removing my previous faucet I would have returned it and gotten something else from a really reputable company with legitimate customer support.
