Decent if you don't have a small room

Great for general viewing and first projector - we use it with chromecast, pc shielding and gaming systems (not online gaming only) sound and vision are acceptable, I definitely recommend getting a projection screen (don't choose white or you'll have brightness issues) and a separate audio system (soundbar or surround sound kit). Here are some minor complaints that make me wish I'd spent less for what I got.1. Looking at the photos you can see black dots everywhere (probably dust in the lens so that can be fixed) and there is ALWAYS a darker 'shadow' on the right side of my display (we assume dirt or a defect) . LEDs). Not very noticeable, but on white displays it looks like there are smudges or dirt on our screen. There's also a weird "shadow" at the top and bottom of the far right corner. It looks like the LEDs are failing 2. The distance needed for a 150 inch screen is about 14-15 feet, if it's not a living room you won't get the full picture (if you have a room have that is supposed to be far away, this thing climbs very very far) 3. There is enough lag on the display to make it impossible to enjoy online games or anything that requires a quick reaction (we play old systems like GameCube and PS2 just fine), the projector needs to be in an almost completely dark room, and even then the whites either overwhelm the image or don't seem bright enough for a true HD display (8000 to 1, we doubt it). this is the expected 1080p. Expect half that, but it's good enough for general viewing. Not as good as our 40-60 inch LED TVs. but probably just as good for the price if you enjoy a big screen and want the 15+ feet required for 150 inches.

Pros
  • understandable even for old people
Cons
  • Good but not great
