This sun visor fits my Garmin 396 very well. I have wired GPS to turn off the ignition so getting to the GPS switch is no problem for me. The rear strap hides the switch to GPS, so turning it on that way can be annoying. It's so easy to install I don't understand why anyone would need instructions to install it on their GPS. It definitely makes a big difference when it comes to protecting your screen from the sun. It's not perfect, but it's a big improvement. The straps keep it firmly attached to the GPS, and it doesn't vibrate or wobble noticeably when I'm running at high speeds. All in all, this is a great option to add to your GPS. The shield is solid, strong, and of good quality. Time will tell regarding the straps and how long they stay tight. The elements can ruin them. But for the money, this is a damn good buy.
