INNOCN 39 " Ultra Wide TV Identity Crisis Monitor

I've been buying a large screen 16:9 monitor for about a year and initially looked at the 40" curved scepter. The specs of both monitors matched and after reading good reviews about them I really had high hopes for this monitor. I'm not a fan of the curved screen but this one is really soft so I decided to give it a try as it tested my needs and was on sale The pluses are that it's big, arrived in good condition, comes with matching cables and the interface is neatly laid out Not so good now (tested on PC with Win 10 and 11, one works with amd 5700xt card, the other with nvidia 3070) To automatically set the scaling to 200% (original) you need to go back and set them to 100%, you need to manually set them to 165Hz via the displayport, when using HDMI, the frequency doesn't exceed 90Hz (tried 3 different ones cables on both PCs) The video quality is good, but dark scenes are too dark and bright scenes are too bright, even when the default video mode is set to m. Text is sharp unless you scroll, then it becomes blurry until you stop scrolling, and then it's immediately erased (on both HDMI and DP). So reading documents or spreadsheets is fine as long as you don't have to keep scrolling up and down (one). The reason I wanted a bigger screen so I didn't have to scroll) In terms of color gamut when editing photos or videos (You Tube), I don't see any color difference between this monitor and my old Asus 2016 27". I am not a hardcore gamer (a few hours a week) and don't play first person shooters, I can't give a detailed opinion, but in Assassin's Creed I get a bad halo in the fight scenes, as well as in Tomb Raider, the monitor is good, but performance leaves a lot to be desired (the old Asus 27" 1080P is much better). I also tested it with the Blur Busters UFO Motion tests and still got no answer. My final thoughts on this monitor: It can do everything but it can't do anything ok, the lack of response from CS makes me doubt their service if it breaks during the warranty period.
