It provides great ease of use with its intuitive interface. The support team at CustomerSuccess Solutions are amazing! They have been so helpful in getting us up to speed quickly (within hours). I dislike that we need 2 separate licenses for our users and admin staff- this makes it hard to train new employees if they are not already using SupportSystem as their primary ticketing system. We are solving issues within our organization by creating an internal ticketing platform. For example, now everyone can submit tickets without having to go through another department or email. This has reduced wait times from minutes down to seconds. And most importantly, all communication between departments and clients is happening internally!
