Great Product & Exceptional customer service!!!

It provides great ease of use with its intuitive interface. The support team at CustomerSuccess Solutions are amazing! They have been so helpful in getting us up to speed quickly (within hours). I dislike that we need 2 separate licenses for our users and admin staff- this makes it hard to train new employees if they are not already using SupportSystem as their primary ticketing system. We are solving issues within our organization by creating an internal ticketing platform. For example, now…

  • How easy you're able communicate across different platforms mobile app included!! Also good customer service when there's ever any issue occurring during implementation process :) ! Great software tool overall!!! Highly recommended!!!!

  • Sometimes some features take longer than expected especially after adding more agents/users

Helpful software - Great Customer Service

The product was easy to use and very intuitive. It has all of our employees' contact information, their job title, department they work in, phone number, etc. It also allows us to create tickets for each and every employee that we have. I like that it keeps all of my employees' information updated so that I never miss an important update. Sometimes, when there are too many updates at once, the system will get overloaded and become slow. SupportSystem does not always keep up with the amount of…
