A week later, I noticed that the charge level of one earphone is always 1% (although it charges and works the same as the second one, after a reset it shows the charge correctly, but not for long), called support, sent it to the service, ok. 40 minutes diagnosed, instead of 20 as promised) it turned out to be 40 minutes looking for scratches and found! The result is a non-warranty case! And do not care that it works, scratch - buy a new one! Although the problem is clearly not in the earpiece! (After 2 weeks, the charger stopped charging!) Excellent quality with excellent service center! I do not recommend to anyone! And negative reviews are not published on their official website! Only regret! Horror!
