Solid platform for contact center operations

I like that it's easy to use, has great features, works well with our CRM system, etc., but more so how customizable you are able to be! We've been using this since we were just starting out about 5 years ago when they first launched in Canada (we're now US-based). It was hard at times trying to figure things out or work around some of their quirks/limitations as compared to other platforms. They have made improvements over time, however, which makes me believe there will always come new updates that enable even better functionality than before. Our customer service team uses it daily throughout all departments - from agents who answer calls through supervisors managing call flows between teams globally via phone bridge.
