*UPDATE* December 2018 After I wrote a review about my leaking faucet, the company contacted me to resolve the issue immediately. I was refunded the purchase (even though it was after the return date) and they sent replacement valves. They have exceptional customer service so I'm really happy with the product. I like the faucet, it's beautiful, I'm satisfied with the product and will order again from this company. If you ever have a problem contact the company directly and they will endeavor to resolve the issue quickly and easily. November 2018 This faucet had only been installed for about two weeks when it suddenly began to leak. I called a plumber to fix it. After dismantling the connection, I found a broken ring (blue in the photo). It couldn't stop the dripping, so I had to take it off and put the lid on until I could find a replacement. This is such a beautiful faucet that fits perfectly in my renovated kitchen, I'm so disappointed. I'm also past the return date so I don't have a faucet and $123.
