Great Product, Not Perfect: Amplitude Analytics

I like that it is able to pull data from Salesforce CRM so we can see what our salespeople are doing in their day-to-day activities. The UI could be improved as there isn't much customization available for new users who may not have advanced coding skills or experience with creating reports using SQL queries against tables within a database. It's easy enough to figure out if you're looking at correct information or need more training/help when trying to get started building custom dashboards /amp;amp;quot;widgets& amp;amp;quot; into your Marketing Automation platform. We were attempting to find an alternative solution to Google Sheets but realized through testing that this was too limited compared to other platforms such as Tableau &amp.

Pros
  • That they offer support, documentation resources (including videos), user guides which cover everything related to how things work along wih great customer service response times via email messaging system whenever submitting feedback about any issues encountered while working directly withe product team members all these attributes will help keep customers satisfied because most people don’t know anything beyond Microsoft Excel before learning AMP
