The ability to create custom dashboards for our clients is great! I also love that it has an app available in multiple platforms which makes things even easier from my end as well since we are mobile first by nature here at work!! Nothing yet but this seems like something you would have thought about before purchasing so far everything looks good with no complaints thusfar. It's easy to get started with using this product for your business needs.The UI is very user friendly which helps in getting more users onboarded quickly without any issues or confusion about how things work. The support from their customer service department has been great as well! Nothing at all really comes across negatively when it comes to Amplitudes services. I like that it is able to pull data from Salesforce CRM so we can see what our salespeople are doing in their day-to-day activities. The UI could be improved as there isn't much customization available for new users who may not have advanced coding skills or experience with creating reports using SQL queries against tables within a database. The ease in which I can create custom dashboards to view my data is very helpful when trying new features or just looking for quick insights into our business performance at any given time!
