Perfect for my senior cat who gets cold easily. It is the perfect size, and very plush and warm. BUT, after the first wash, the blanket shed a lot of it's plush fibers. The fiber sheds coated everything else in the wash and was difficult to remove! Very annoying. After 3 washes the blanket is now very thin. It's a shame as I really wanted to give this item a good review, but after 3 washes I had to buy another pet blanket (different brand), which is solid when washed and doesn't loose it's plush fibers. Sorry, but not worth the money and the annoyance of having to remove grey fluff from the rest of the laundry load :-(
