The accuracy of the predictions is great, and I like how easy it is to understand what actions need to be taken and by whom. I don't really have any complaints about the software as it's very simple to use. It requires a little bit more time than necessary to get up and running but this is easily remedied with the help of their support team. Our sales team uses this software to predict customer demand for our product. We can then adjust the number of units we plan to produce in order to maximize revenue.
